一、家具綜合質量試驗機HD-406簡介：

適合類型：所有底座配備萬向輪的椅子。  

測試性質：評估辦公椅腳輪在負載狀態(tài)下移動的耐久能力。分有障礙和無障礙兩種測試方式。  

測試對象：椅子的基底（例如：五星腳）和萬向輪的組合體。

二、測試程序：

將椅子基底和萬向輪的組合在225磅砝碼負載狀態(tài)下,由外力驅使其以8-12CPM的速度使腳輪在762毫米的行程內通過有障礙2000次及無障礙98000次的平面往復運動,測試腳輪的耐久能力。多種儀器監(jiān)控測試。

辦公桌測試機常見測試項目：桌子的穩(wěn)定性和桌面沖擊測試。      

1、垂直負載下的穩(wěn)定性試驗：

Stability test of the vertical load

把試件放在試驗基面上。在其不穩(wěn)定桌邊中心離邊沿向內50mm桌面處通過載入墊垂直向下逐漸加力到規(guī)定的力值或者至少試件至少有一個桌腳離地為止。

2.垂直和水平載入穩(wěn)定性試驗：

把試件放在試驗基面上。用擋塊擋住試件不穩(wěn)定邊的桌腳。防止試件在試驗中移動。在該邊中心離邊沿向內50mm桌面處通過載入墊垂直向下施加100N的力。同時在該邊中心桌上向外施加一個水平力。逐漸增加該力到規(guī)定值或者至少有一個桌腳離地為止。

3.垂直靜載荷試驗：

在桌面易于發(fā)生破壞的位置，按規(guī)定的力通過載入墊，垂直向下重復施加10次。每次至少應保持10秒。

On the most easy damaged position of the desk surface , to impose the specified force by loading pad, vertical put down repeated 10 times. Keep 10 seconds at least.
